The Rain Bird 1ZEHTMR Professional Grade Electronic Digital Hose End Timer/Controller is a battery-operated, one-zone/station device that brings the convenience of automated watering to your hose-end sprinklers, Drip irrigation system, or soaker hose. With its rugged, professional-grade design and easy-to-use features, this timer/controller provides worry-free watering convenience and dependability for season-long outdoor use.

Featuring sophisticated functions, the 1ZEHTMR offers simple-to-set 7-day automatic programming, providing added watering flexibility with up to 6 hours of watering per cycle and up to 2 start times per day. The extra-large programming dial and readout screen make it easy to set and review watering schedules, with the display showing the next scheduled watering cycle and time remaining on the current cycle.

Designed for maximum convenience, the timer includes one-touch "Water Now" and "Cancel Watering" buttons, allowing users to instantly override the programmed settings. The "Cancel Watering" feature also acts as a "Rain Delay", enabling the selection of up to a 96-hour pause in watering before the stored programming resumes.

Capable of high-flow rates ranging from 5 to 12 GPM, the 1ZEHTMR can operate up to 5 Impact Sprinklers, making it ideal for use with all Rain Bird hose-end sprinklers and Drip irrigation kits. The rugged plastic female coupler and Garden Hose Threaded (GHT) outlet help protect against breakage from pulling.

Intended for indoor or outdoor use with cold water only, the timer is designed to operate within a water pressure range of 15 psi minimum to 90 psi maximum and a temperature range of up to 110°F. It runs on two AA batteries, which are not included.

It is important to note that to prevent catastrophic damage, the timer must always be removed from the water supply when freezing temperatures are expected. Additionally, to ensure leak-proof performance, the gasket located inside the inlet collar must be fully tightened against the hose bib or hose fittings. For users who need to connect two hoses, a Rain Bird Model YFA075X "Y" Faucet Adapter (sold separately) can be added.
