The Rain Bird CVD2010PKXS Drip Irrigation Dripper/Emitter with Built-In Check Valve is a unique watering solution that delivers 2 gallons per hour. Featuring a pressure-compensating design, this emitter ensures uniform flow regardless of its position along the distribution tubing run, providing ideal watering for garden, landscape plants, shrubs, bushes, and small trees.

The built-in check valve is the key to this emitter's functionality, preventing wasteful water drainage on slopes. This allows for efficient, targeted watering of root zones without losing precious resources. The pressure-compensating technology maintains a consistent 2.0 gallon-per-hour flow rate across a wide 15-50 psi pressure range, ensuring all plants receive the desired amount of water.

For easy installation, the emitter's self-piercing barb allows for direct insertion into the side of 1/2" or larger drip irrigation tubing. Alternatively, it can be used with 1/4" tubing for positioning near individual plants. The barbed ends securely retain the tubing, creating a leak-proof connection. For faster installation, Rain Bird offers specialized insertion tools (sold separately).

Designed with large water passages and a self-flushing action, this emitter helps prevent clogging, ensuring reliable long-term performance. Constructed from highly durable, UV and chemical-resistant materials, it is built to withstand the elements and provide years of service.
