The Rain Bird HPTCX Drip Irrigation 2-in-1 Combination Tubing Cutter/Hole Punch Tool is a time-saving, versatile tool designed to streamline the installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems. This spring-loaded, ergonomically designed tool offers a 2-in-1 functionality, allowing users to both cut and punch holes in drip irrigation tubing with ease.

The tool features a hardened steel hole punch and a surgical-grade stainless-steel blade, which work together to provide a clean, square cut with no jagged edges or crushed tubing.
